§ 17-413. Keeping machines without license

(a) Free-play pinball machine. -- A person may not keep a free-play pinball machine for public use in the State unless the person has a pinball machine license that covers that free-play pinball machine.

(b) Free-play console machine. -- A person may not keep a free-play console machine for public use in the State unless the person has a console machine license that covers that free-play console machine.
