§ 17-411. Issuance and display of certificate

Latest version.

(a) Issuance. -- For each free-play pinball machine or free-play console machine licensed under Part II of this subtitle, the clerk shall issue a certificate that the license fee for the current year has been paid.

(b) Display. -- The certificate shall be attached to the free-play pinball machine or free-play console machine.
