§ 17-406. Scope of part

Latest version.

(a) In general. -- Except as provided in subsection (b) of this section, Part II of this subtitle applies only in Baltimore City and Baltimore, Caroline, Dorchester, Harford, Kent, Montgomery, Queen Anne's, and Talbot counties.

(b) Montgomery County. -- In Montgomery County, Part II of this subtitle does not apply to free-play console machines.
