§ 17-405. Definitions

(a) In general. -- In Part II of this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.

(b) Console machine license. -- "Console machine license" means a license issued by the clerk to keep a free-play console machine for public use.

(c) Pinball machine license. -- "Pinball machine license" means a license issued by the clerk to keep a free-play pinball machine for public use.
