§ 17-1907. Removing or tampering with seal

(a) Prohibited act. -- An unauthorized person may not remove or tamper with a seal on a vending machine.

(b) Penalty. -- A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and, on conviction, is subject to a fine not exceeding $ 100.
