§ 17-1906. Selling through vending machine without license

(a) Prohibited act. -- A person may not sell goods or offer goods for sale through a vending machine in the State unless the person has a vending machine license that covers that machine.

(b) Penalty. -- A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and, on conviction, is subject to a fine not exceeding $ 100.
