§ 17-1811. Scope of license

  •    (a) In general. --

       (1) Except as provided in paragraph (2) of this subsection, a trader's license authorizes the holder to offer goods for sale in any part of the State.

       (2) However, a trader may keep a store or fixed place of business only at the place stated in the trader's license.

    (b) Exhibitors. -- A trader's license issued to an exhibitor authorizes the holder to do business as an exhibitor at any show in the State.
