§ 17-1807. Approval of zoning authorities

(a) Baltimore County. -- In Baltimore County, the clerk may not issue a trader's license for the first time without the approval of the zoning commissioner.
(b) Cecil County. -- In an area of Cecil County where the Cecil County Office of Planning and Zoning has jurisdiction, the clerk may not issue a trader's license for the first time until the applicant has obtained zoning approval from that office.
(c) Howard County. --
(1) In Howard County, the clerk may not issue a trader's license for the first time without the approval of the Director of the Office of Planning and Zoning.
(2) Within 3 working days after an application for a trader's license is submitted for review to the Director of the Office of Planning and Zoning, the Director shall notify the clerk of the approval or disapproval of the application.
