§ 17-1203. License fees

Latest version.

   An applicant for a license shall pay to the clerk a license fee of:

   (1) $ 30 for a storage warehouse in a municipal corporation with a population of not more than 10,000;

   (2) $ 50 for a storage warehouse in a municipal corporation with a population of 10,001 to 20,000;

   (3) $ 75 for a storage warehouse in a municipal corporation with a population of 20,001 to 50,000; or

   (4) $ 150 for a storage warehouse in a municipal corporation with a population of more than 50,000.
