§ 17-101. Definitions

(a) In general. -- In this title the following words have the meanings indicated.

(b) Goods. -- "Goods" means tangible personal property.

(c) Sale. -- "Sale" includes barter.

(d) Sell. -- "Sell" includes barter.

(e) Trader. -- "Trader" includes a person who operates a room or other place of business for selling goods at auction.

(f) Trader's license. -- "Trader's license" means a license issued by the clerk to do business as a trader.
