§ 17-1005. Definitions

(a) In general. -- In Part II of this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.
(b) Agent license. -- "Agent license" means a license issued by the clerk to act as an agent.
(c) Junk dealer or scrap metal processor license. -- "Junk dealer or scrap metal processor license" means a license issued by the clerk to do business as a junk dealer or scrap metal processor.
(d) Nonresident junk dealer; nonresident scrap metal processor. -- "Nonresident junk dealer" or "nonresident scrap metal processor" means a junk dealer or scrap metal processor who is not a resident of the State.
(e) State junk license. -- "State junk license" includes:
(1) a junk dealer or scrap metal processor license; and
(2) an agent license.
