§ 16-3B-01. Violating regulation of Comptroller

  •    (a) Prohibited act. -- A person may not violate a regulation adopted by the Comptroller that applies to a person who sells cigarettes at retail.

    (b) Penalty. -- A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and, on conviction, is subject to a fine of $ 100.
