§ 14-209. Interpretive opinions

   (a) In general. -- On request, the Commissioner may issue an interpretive opinion.

(b) Form; fee. --

   (1) A request for an interpretive opinion shall be in writing.

   (2) The requester shall pay a fee of $ 100.
