§ 12.5-507. Repeated violations

(a) Applicability. -- This section applies only if there is no greater criminal penalty provided under this title or other applicable law.

(b) Penalties. -- A person that engages in repeated violations of the provisions of this title is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a fine not exceeding $ 5,000.
