§ 11-623. Definitions

(a) In general. -- In this part the following words have the meanings indicated.

(b) Advisory Committee. -- "Advisory Committee" means the Maryland Standardbred Race Fund Advisory Committee.

(c) Fund. -- "Fund" means the Maryland Standardbred Race Fund.

(d) Fund Race. -- "Fund Race" means a race funded by the Maryland Standardbred Fund.
