§ 11-204. Quorum; meetings; compensation; bond

   (a) Quorum. -- Except as provided in § 11-310 of this title, a majority of the members then serving on the Commission is a quorum.

(b) Meetings. -- The Commission shall meet in the State, at the times and places that the Commission determines.

(c) Compensation and reimbursement for expenses. -- Each member of the Commission is entitled to:

   (1) compensation in accordance with the State budget; and

   (2) reimbursement under the Standard State Travel Regulations for expenses for each Commission meeting attended, as provided in the State budget.

(d) Bond. -- While in office, each member of the Commission shall be covered by a surety bond in the form and amount required by law.
