§ 10-406. Identification of vehicle

  •    (a) In general. -- Each vehicle used to transport motor fuel shall be identified on the tank part of the vehicle or another location acceptable to the Comptroller with the name of the petroleum transporter who is registered under this subtitle.

    (b) Must be discernible. -- The identification must be discernible at 50 feet from each side or from the rear of the vehicle when the vehicle is at rest.
