§ 10-302. Motor fuel subject to inspection and analysis

(a) In general. -- All motor fuel stored or offered for sale in the State is subject to inspection and analysis as provided in this title.

(b) Method of analysis. -- The analysis shall be made by a testing method approved by the Comptroller.
