§ 10-203. Duty to analyze motor fuel

(a) In general. -- The Comptroller periodically shall collect or cause to be collected and cause to be analyzed samples of all motor fuel that is:
(1) subject to regulation under this title; and
(2) stored and offered for sale in the State.
(b) Collection in conjunction with weights and measures inspections. -- The Comptroller shall conduct inspections as provided in a memorandum of understanding on behalf of and in coordination with other agencies when collecting motor fuel samples under this section.
