§ 9-308. Scope of license

Latest version.

(a) In general. -- While a license is in effect, it authorizes the licensee to practice landscape architecture.

(b) Practice not authorized. -- A licensed landscape architect is not authorized to practice architecture, engineering, or land surveying.
