§ 9-302. Qualifications of applicants

  •    (a) In general. -- To qualify for a license, an applicant shall be an individual who meets the requirements of this section.

    (b) Age. -- An applicant shall be at least 18 years old.

    (c) Education and experience. -- An applicant shall meet the educational and experience requirements under § 9-303 of this subtitle.

    (d) Examination. -- Except as otherwise provided in this subtitle, the applicant shall pass the examination given by the Board under this subtitle.
