§ 8-204. Quorum; meetings; compensation; staff

   (a) Quorum. -- A majority of the members then serving on the Board is a quorum.

(b) Meetings. -- The Board shall determine the times and places of its meetings and hearings.

(c) Compensation. -- A member of the Board:

   (1) may not receive compensation; but

   (2) is entitled to reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations, as provided in the State budget.

(d) Staff. -- The Board may employ a staff in accordance with the State budget.
