§ 6-204. Quorum; meetings; compensation; staff

  •    (a) Quorum. -- A majority of the authorized membership of the State Board is a quorum.

    (b) Meetings. --

       (1) The State Board shall meet at least once a month, at the times that it determines, in the office of the State Board.

       (2) The State Board may hold special meetings as necessary.

    (c) Compensation and reimbursement for expenses. -- Subject to the State budget, each member of the State Board is entitled to:

       (1) an annual salary of $ 3,600; and

       (2) reimbursement for reasonable expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations.

    (d) Staff. -- The State Board may employ a staff in accordance with the State budget.
