§ 4-501. Barbershop permit required

(a) In general. -- A person shall hold a barbershop permit issued by the Board before the person may operate a barbershop in the State.

(b) Separate permit for each barbershop. -- A separate barbershop permit is required for each barbershop that a person operates.
