§ 4-308. Issuance of license

(a) Notice to qualified applicants. -- If an applicant qualifies for a license under this subtitle, the Board shall send the applicant a notice that states that:
(1) the applicant has qualified for a license; and
(2) the Board will issue the license to the applicant, on receipt of the appropriate license fee established by the Board in accordance with § 4-206 of this title.
(b) Issuance. -- On payment of the appropriate license fee, the Board shall issue a license to each applicant who meets the requirements of this subtitle.
