§ 4-204. Quorum; meetings; compensation; staff

   (a) Quorum. -- A majority of the authorized membership of the Board is a quorum.

(b) Meetings. -- The Board shall determine the times and places of its meetings.

(c) Compensation and reimbursement for expenses. -- Subject to the State budget, each member of the Board is entitled to:

   (1) a reasonable fee set by the Board for each day on which the member is engaged in the duties of office; and

   (2) reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations.

(d) Staff. -- The Board may employ a staff in accordance with the State budget.
