§ 3-204. Quorum; meetings and hearings; compensation; staff

  •    (a) Quorum. -- A majority of the authorized membership of the Board is a quorum.

    (b) Meetings and hearings. -- The Board shall determine the times and places of its meetings and hearings.

    (c) Compensation and reimbursement of expenses. -- A member of the Board:

       (1) may not receive compensation; but

       (2) is entitled to reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations, as provided in the State budget.

    (d) Staff. --

       (1) The Board may employ a staff in accordance with the State budget.

       (2) The Board may require the staff to be covered by a surety bond in the form and amount required by law.
