§ 2-209. Fees; disposition of money

(a) Regulations. --
(1) Beginning on July 1, 2008, the Board may set by regulation reasonable fees for its services.
(2) The fees shall be:
(i) set so as to produce funds to approximate the cost of maintaining the Board; and
(ii) based on the calculations performed by the Secretary of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation under § 2-106.6 of the Business Regulation Article.
(b) Publication of fee schedule. -- The Board shall publish the fee schedule set by the Board.
(c) Payment of fees to Comptroller. --
(1) Beginning on July 1, 2007, the Board shall pay all fees collected under this title to the Comptroller.
(2) The Comptroller shall distribute the fees to the State Board of Public Accountancy Fund established in § 2-106.5 of the Business Regulation Article.
