§ 18-306. Scope of license

(a) Authorization to conduct business. -- While a license is in effect, it authorizes the licensee to engage in the business of providing security systems services.

(b) Qualification as a security systems agency. -- An individual or a firm may qualify for a license as a security systems agency.
