§ 17-212. Miscellaneous powers and duties

Latest version.

   In addition to any powers and duties set forth elsewhere, the Commission has the following powers and duties:

   (1) to adopt a seal;

   (2) to use the seal to authenticate its proceedings; and

   (3) to approve educational courses.
