§ 16-303. Applications for licenses; fingerprinting

  •    (a) Applications for licenses. -- An applicant for a license shall:

       (1) submit to the Commission an application on the form that the Commission provides; and

       (2) pay to the Commission a fee set by the Commission.

    (b) Fingerprinting. -- The Commission may require an applicant to be fingerprinted.
