§ 16-213. Annual roster of licensed and certified appraisers

(a) Required. -- The Commission shall issue at least annually a roster that shows:
(1) the name of each licensed real estate appraiser trainee, licensed real estate appraiser, certified real estate appraiser, and licensed home inspector; and
(2) the name and place of business of each licensed real estate appraiser, certified real estate appraiser, and licensed home inspector.
(b) Availability to public. -- On request, the Commission shall make available to the public a copy of the roster at a reasonable price that the Commission sets.
