§ 15-102. Land surveying services; property line surveying services; design coordination

   (a) Land surveying. -- A professional land surveyor may render or offer to render land surveying services described in § 15-101(j) of this subtitle.

(b) Property line surveying. -- A licensed property line surveyor may render or offer to render property line surveying services described in § 15-101(k) of this subtitle.

(c) Design coordination. -- A professional land surveyor or a property line surveyor, as applicable, may perform design coordination for a project or portion of a project provided that the professional land surveyor or the property line surveyor:

   (1) holds a current license issued by the Board; and

   (2) has adequate experience in, and understanding of, achieving the purpose of the project or portion of the project being coordinated.
