§ 14-4A-01. Seals

Latest version.

   (a) Allowed. -- Each professional engineer may obtain a seal for use as required under § 14-403 of this subtitle.

(b) Design. -- The seal shall:

   (1) be of a design determined by the Board; and

   (2) include:

      (i) the legend "professional engineer"; and

      (ii) the name and license number of the professional engineer who holds the seal.
