§ 11-205. Miscellaneous powers and duties

   (a) Powers. -- In addition to any powers set forth elsewhere, the Board may adopt regulations and pass orders to govern and regulate licensed pilots.

(b) Duties. -- In addition to any duties set forth elsewhere, the Board shall:

   (1) adopt a seal; and

   (2) be responsible for safety in providing pilotage.
