§ 9-204. Baltimore City -- Class B, D licenses in certain areas

(a) In general. -- In Baltimore City, within the area bounded by Twenty-Fifth (25th) Street on the north and Centre Street on the south and Howard Street on the west and Guilford Avenue on the east, no new licenses for the sale of alcoholic beverages shall be issued except Class B licenses and no licenses for the sale of alcoholic beverages of any class shall be transferred into this area of Baltimore City.
(b) Special amusement licenses. -- The Board of License Commissioners of Baltimore City may not authorize the issuance of a special amusement license to the holder of a Class D beer, wine and liquor license in such area of Baltimore City.
(c) Permissible issuance. -- One new license may be issued to the area bounded on the north by Oliver Street, on the east by Charles Street, on the south by Mount Royal, and on the west by Maryland Avenue.
(d) Additional permissible issuance. -- One new license may be issued in the area bounded by Oliver Street on the north, Mount Royal Avenue on the west and south, and Maryland Avenue on the east.
(e) License for nonprofit concert facility. -- One new license may be issued for a nonprofit concert facility in the area bounded on the south by Preston Street, on the east by Cathedral Street, and on the west by Park Avenue.
