§ 8-219. St. Mary's County

In St. Mary's County, no license for the sale of alcoholic beverages shall be issued for the use of any corporation unless the owners of fifteen per centum (15%) of the total stock of such corporation are residents of St. Mary's County. For the purposes of this section the term "resident" shall include all persons who have resided in St. Mary's County for six months next preceding the application for a license.
