§ 8-216.2. Montgomery County -- Corporate Training Center License

(a) "Board" defined. -- In this section, "Board" means the Montgomery County Board of License Commissioners.
(b) Scope. -- This section applies only in Montgomery County.
(c) In general. -- There is a Special Class B -- Corporate Training Center beer, wine and liquor (on-sale) license.
(d) Authority conferred. -- The Board may issue the license for use in a corporate headquarters support facility that serves only the workforce training and education needs of employees, customers, and visitors to the corporate headquarters of a corporation that employs at least 500 employees in the County.
(e) On-premises consumption. -- Sales of alcoholic beverages under this section are only for on-premises consumption.
(f) Fee. -- The annual license fee is $ 2,500.
