§ 8-204.7. Baltimore County -- Transfer of Class B or Class D licenses

(a) Applicability. -- This section applies only in Baltimore County.

(b) Limitation. -- The Board of Liquor License Commissioners may not authorize the transfer of more than a total of 25 Class B or Class D licenses in existence on May 1, 2012, out of election district 15.
