§ 7.5-104. Application requirements; fee; issuance of permit.

   (a) Application requirements; fee. -- An applicant for a direct wine shipper's permit shall:

   (1) Submit to the Office of the Comptroller a completed application on a form that the Office of the Comptroller provides;

   (2) Provide to the Office of the Comptroller a copy of the applicant's current alcoholic beverages license; and

   (3) Pay a fee of $ 200 for initial issuance of the direct wine shipper's permit.

(b) Issuance of permit. -- The Office of the Comptroller shall issue a direct wine shipper's permit to each applicant who meets the requirements of this title for the direct wine shipper's permit.
