§ 6-503. Beer, wine and liquor license -- Airplanes

  •    (a) Authorized. -- There is a Class G beer, wine and liquor license.

    (b) Fees. -- The annual license fee is $ 200, which shall be paid to the Office of the Comptroller before the license is issued.

    (c) Issuance; scope of license. -- The license shall be issued by the Office of the Comptroller and authorizes the owner or operator of any airplanes or aircraft operated upon regularly scheduled flights over any part of this State to keep for sale and to sell all alcoholic beverages upon any of such airplanes or aircraft for consumption thereon and every such license shall be good throughout the State.
