§ 5-601. City of Annapolis

(a) Applicability. -- This section applies only in the City of Annapolis.

(b) General provisions. -- The City may issue a license to an establishment where the licensee is authorized to keep for sale and to sell beer and light wine at retail both for consumption on the premises and elsewhere, or for consumption on the premises only.
