§ 19-303. Applicability of subtitle
Latest version.

This subtitle applies only in the following counties:
(1) Allegany County;
(2) Baltimore County, including motorcycles located on any of the places enumerated in § 19-301 of this subtitle, unless authorized;
(3) Calvert County;
(4) Caroline County;
(5) Carroll County, including motorcycles located on any of the places enumerated in § 19-301 of this subtitle, unless authorized;
(6) Cecil County;
(7) Charles County;
(8) Dorchester County;
(9) Frederick County;
(10) Garrett County;
(11) Harford County;
(12) Howard County;
(13) Montgomery County;
(14) Prince George's County;
(15) St. Mary's County;
(16) Somerset County; and
(17) Wicomico County.
