§ 19-302. Penalty

(a) In general. -- Subject to subsection (b) of this section, a person who violates this subtitle is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a fine not exceeding $ 100.

(b) Prince George's County. -- In Prince George's County, a person who is charged with a misdemeanor under this section shall comply with the command in the charging document to appear in court by appearing in court in person.
