§ 18-201. Continuation of Dorchester County Dispensary System

Latest version.

The Dorchester County Dispensary system shall remain in operation until such time as the General Assembly enacts a comprehensive plan of legislation that creates a rational system of alcoholic beverages licenses for the county.
