§ 18-105. Consumption on public property in Charles County and St. Mary's County

(a) Scope of section. -- This section applies only in Charles County and St. Mary's County.
(b) Authority to regulate. -- The county commissioners may regulate, by ordinance, the consumption of alcoholic beverages on public property, including buildings, grounds, streets, highways, alleys, sidewalks, and other structures or roads located on land in the county owned by the county, the board of education, or the State.
