§ 16-412. Anne Arundel County

In Anne Arundel County the Board of License Commissioners shall have the power to call upon the other administrative departments of the county and all prosecuting officers for such information and assistance as it may deem necessary to carry out the provisions of this article. Nothing in this section shall apply to the sixth district of Anne Arundel County.
