§ 12-210. Dorchester County

(a) Applicability. -- This section applies only in Dorchester County.
(b) Allowing consumers to loiter. -- It is unlawful for any licensee under this article to allow a person not designated in § 1-102(a)(6) of this article to loaf or loiter about the place of business for which the license is issued. Violation of this subsection is punishable by a fine not to exceed $ 100.
