§ 12-207. Carroll County

(a) Applicability. -- This section applies only in Carroll County.

(b) Walk-up or drive-through facility. -- A licensee may not sell, offer to sell, or dispense any alcoholic beverages from what is commonly termed a walk-up or drive-through window.
