§ 3A. Purchases through Purchasing Bureau

The county commissioners of each county in this State may, whenever desirable, provide for the purchase of materials, supplies, and equipment through the Purchasing Bureau of the Department of General Services as provided in Title 4, Subtitle 3 of the State Finance and Procurement Article.
